Group Cancellations
Cancellation Policy Group or Multiple Room Bookings For all group or multiple room bookings (over 3 rooms per night) our normal cancellation policy does not apply. For a group booking or multiple room booking (over 3 rooms per night) we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice of cancellation. Our cancellation charges are as follows:
4 weeks – 25% of the total booking value
3 weeks – 40% of the total booking value
2 weeks – 50% of the total booking value
1 week – 75% of the total booking value
Less than one week – 100% of the total booking value will be chargeable and payable at the time of cancellation
